Acceptic Ltd participated in the fifth annual International Business-Forum and exhibition Call Centers & CRM Kyiv 2009 held in the Ukrainian capital, April 22-23.
The event traditionally unites the leaders of Call Center & CRM solutions industry who share their latest experience in building and implementing business optimization systems. Over 500 industry experts from Ukraine, Russia, Germany, the Netherlands, Turkey, Poland, Great Britain and the US attended this year event.
The exhibition of client-oriented technologies held within the Forum gathered a wide audience representing CRM systems vendors and suppliers, manufacturers of Call Center and telecom equipment, IT developers, outsourcing Call Centers, direct marketing, mobile marketing, consulting companies and more. The exhibition became the first Ukrainian event dedicated to Call Centers & CRM as well as business solutions optimization issues.
"Call Centers & CRM Kyiv 2009" forum enabled its participants to send delegates to receive the latest information about the Ukrainian Call Centers & CRM industry, discover new strategies of solving the existing problems, optimization and improvement of CRM systems and gain experience from successful industry representatives. But what is more important, the event visitors had a chance to establish new business contacts, find new partners, equipment suppliers, consultants and meet potential customers.
